In a series of tweets on Saturday, Miami Dolphins

cornerback Byron Jones claimed that due to injuries acquired

while playing in the NFL, he "can't sprint or leap"

and that his career "came at a regretful cost."

Jones, 30, underwent lower-leg surgery in the

summer to treat ankle and Achilles problems, and

he spent the 2022 season on the physically unable to perform list.
