While The Mandalorian has already given a slew
of endearing Grogu moments in season 3, the first episode, "The Apostate,"
did a disservice to his tale. Grogu left his adopted father
to train with Luke Skywalker at the season 2 finale
yet the opening episode of season 3
practically acts as if this never occurred.
